ANTERIOR EMBRYOTOXON Anterior embryotoxin, synonymous with arcus juvenilis, consists of a yellow-white linear deposit central and distinct from the limbus and separated by clear cornea. The condition, seen most often in men, becomes more intense with age. The adult acquired type of deposit, arcus senilis, has been found to be a clinical characteristic of type II hyperlipidemia and is considered to be a risk factor for coronary heart disease and cardiovascular disease. Lipid can be shown by special staining methods to be located at the junction of the peripheral cornea and sclera, most densely deposited adjacent to Bowman's membrane, and next to Descemet's membrane. Åãî ìîæíî óâèäåòü ïðè îáñëåäîâàíèè ïîä ùåëåâîé ëàìïîé /(êñòàòè ÷¸òêî âèäíî ïðè îöåíêå ïåðèôåðèè ïî âàí Ãåðèêó)/. Çàäíèé ýìáðèîòîêñîí îáíàðóæèâàåòñÿ ïðèìåðíî â 10% ñëó÷àåâ . Ïðè ãîíèîñêîïèè ëèíèÿ Øâàëüáå âûñòóïàåò â ïåðåäíþþ êàìåðó â âèäå êîëüöà, ÷àñòè÷íî èëè âäîëü âñåé äëèíû îêðóæíîñòè ðîãîâèöû. Õîòÿ íàèáîëåå âûðàæåííûé åãî âàðèàíò îáíàðóæèâàþò â áîëüøèíñòâå ñëó÷àåâ ïðè ñèíäðîìå Àêñåíôåëüäà-Ðèãåðà, â îñòàëüíûõ ñëó÷àÿõ çàäíèé ýìáðèîòîêñîí - ýòî îòäåëüíîå îáðàçîâàíèå, íå àññîöèèðóþùååñÿ ñ ïîâûøåííûì ðèñêîì ðàçâèòèÿ ãëàóêîìû. Íó è íà âñÿêèé ñëó÷àé, åñëè ìàëî ëè êîìó áóäåò èíòåðåñíî - ïûòàëñÿ ñôîòêàòü åãî. Îäíàæäû îòîñëàë ïàöèåíòêó íà ëàçåðíóþ òðàáåêóëîïëàñòèêó, à â îòâåò êî ìíå ïðèøëà ïàöèåíòêà ñ âûïîëíåííîé ëàçåðíîé èðèäîòîìèåé è îïèñàíèåì óãëà íàâðîäå ïîäîáíîãî: "óãîë ñðåäíèé; ligamentum pectinamtum". Íó è ÷òî, ÷òî ligamentum pectinatum? Íàñêîëüêî ÿ ïîíÿë, èç íå¸, ýòîé ëèãàìåíòóì, ôîðìèðóåòñÿ òðàáåêóëÿðíàÿ ñåòü? Âèçóàëüíî óãîë íå ïðåäñòàâëÿë èç ñåáÿ íè÷åãî îñîáåííîãî. Äà, ïåðèôåðèÿ ðàäóæêè áûëà íåñêîëüêî áîëåå âûðàçèòåëüíà, ÷åì îáû÷íî. Íî òðàáåêóëà áûëà îòêðûòà. Ïî ïîèñêàì â èíòåðíåòå íàø¸ë òîëüêî "[Ññûëêè äîñòóïíû òîëüêî çàðåãèñòðèðîâàííûì ïîëüçîâàòåëÿì ]."
