Âðåä îò ÓÇÈ?
Çäðàâñòâóéòå! Ïîäñêàæèòå, ïîæàëóéñòà, ÷òî äåëàòü. ß ïðîñòî â ïàíèêå. Òàê ïîëó÷èëîñü, ÷òî ÿ íà î÷åíü ðàííåì ñðîêå äåëàëà ÓÇÈ 3 ðàçà ñ èíòåðâàëîì â 5 äíåé.! Ïîñëåäíåå ÓÇÈ äåëàëà â ñðîêå 3 íåäåëè (ÓÇÈ ïðîâîäèëîñü ñ íàïîëíåííûì ìî÷åâûì ïóçûðåì, íå ñ äàò÷èêîì). Äåëî â òîì, ÷òî âðà÷ äâà ðàçà íå ìîãëà îïðåäåëèòü, åñòü áåðåìåííîñòü èëè íåò, áûëî ïîäîçðåíèå íà âíåìàòî÷íóþ áåðåìåííîñòü. Òîëüêî â 3 ðàç îïðåäåëèëè íîðìàëüíóþ áåðåìåííîñòü. ß î÷åíü õî÷ó ðåáåíêà, íî äðóãîé âðà÷ ñêàçàëà ìíå, ÷òî íà òàêîì ðàííåì ñðîêå íåëüçÿ áûëî äåëàòü ÓÇÈ! ×òî ìíå òåïåðü äåëàòü? ß ñèëüíî íàâåðäèëà ðåáåíêó? Íåóæåëè íåîáõîäèì òåïåðü àáîðò?!! Ñ óâàæåíèåì, Åëåíà.

Áåç íåîáõîäèìîñòè äåëàòü ÓÇÈ, êàê è ëþáîå äðóãîå îáñëåäîâàíèå, íå íóæíî. Òåì áîëåå, â ðàííåì ñðîêå áåðåìåííîñòè. Íî, åñëè åñòü ïîêàçàíèÿ äëÿ îáñëåäîâàíèÿ, îíî äåëàåòñÿ ñòîëüêî ðàç, ñêîëüêî íóæíî äëÿ ïðàâèëüíîé ïîñòàíîâêè äèàãíîçà. Ðåáåíêó ýòî íå ïîâðåäèò.

Ìîæåò òàê áóäåò ñïîêîéíåå: ïîâðåæäàþùåå äåéñòâèå óëüòðàçâóêà ïðè ÓÇÈ ìîæåò íà÷àòüñÿ òîëüêî åñëè ýíåðãèÿ èçëó÷åíèÿ áóäåò ïðåâûøåíà â 10 ðàç (â ìîìåíò èññëåäîâàíèÿ). È îíà (ýíåðãèÿ) íå íàêàïëèâàåòñÿ...

" Áûëè ïðîâåäåíû íåñêîëüêî ðàíäîìèçèðîâàííûõ êîíòðîëèðóåìûõ èññëåäîâàíèé äëÿ èçó÷åíèÿ ïîòåíöèàëüíîãî îòíîøåíèÿ ìåæäó ÓÇÈ è âîçìîæíûìè îòðèöàòåëüíûìè ïîñëåäñòâèÿ äëÿ çàðîäûøà. Ýòè èçó÷åíèÿ íå ïîêàçàëè íèêàêîãî âëèÿíèÿ ÓÇÈ íà âîçìîæíîñòü âðîæäåííîé ïàòîëîãèè, ðîñò â òå÷åíèå äåòñòâà, íåâðîëîãè÷åñêîå ðàçâèòèå, ðàçâèòèå ðå÷è èëè ðàñïðîñòðàíåííîñòè íàðóøåíèé ðå÷è. Àíàëîãè÷íî, íå èìååòñÿ íèêàêîãî íàó÷íîãî äîêàçàòåëüñòâà âëèÿíèÿ ÓÇÈ íà äåòñêèå îíêîëîãè÷åñêèå çàáîëåâàíèÿ. SBU Summary and Conclusions There is no scientific evidence to show that routine ultrasound examination creates a biological risk for the mother or the fetus. It has not been proven that routine ultrasound examination during pregnancy reduces perinatal mortality or reduces morbidity among newborns. Prenatal ultrasound examination influences the management of the pregnancy and the planning prior to delivery in a positive way. For example, since ultrasound is a superior method for showing whether more than one fetus is present, it can determine the position of the placenta, and assess the gestational age with certainty. The latter leads to fewer induced deliveries due to post-term pregnancies. Routine prenatal ultrasound examination increases the detection rate of the congenitally malformed fetus. In Sweden, fetal diagnostics in conjunction with routine ultrasound examination is - in contrast to the situation in nearly all European countries - not an expressed purpose of this examination. The scientific evidence suggests that fetal diagnostics should be routinely offered as a part of screening. The ethical, organization, and educational consequences in this context should be investigated. Routine ultrasound examination is voluntary, but perceived by many expectant mothers to be an obligatory aspect of maternal health care. Information to expectant parents concerning the consequences of the examination - and the opportunity to refuse the exam - should be improved, particularly when fetal anatomy is studied. This information can be based on the facts presented in this report. In Sweden, education in obstetrical ultrasound examination for physicians and midwives is organized by professional organizations. There is a need for continuing medical education for health services' staff in obstetrical ultrasound and in the area of psychological support when fetal malformation is suspected. The organizational issues concern questions of competence, access to specialized knowledge, and the potential need to centralize fetal diagnostics. Further investigations of these issues should follow this report. Although prenatal ultrasound examination has been used for many years, the scientific evidence is, in some respects, insufficient. This report exemplifies several areas where research is urgently needed, eg, at present there is no scientific evidence to suggest that more than one routine ultrasound examination during pregnancy is of value. |

Ìîæíî ëè ñäåëàòü ÓÇÈ â 16 íåäåëü? Äåëàëà ïîñëåäíèé ðàç â 12. Ñîáèðàëàñü äåëàòü â 22 íåäåëè. Î÷åíü ïåðåæèâàþ, ðàçâèâàåòüñÿ ëè ìàëûø, ò.ê. íå ÷óñòâóþ åãî ïîêà. Ïåðåæèâàþ, ïîòîìó ÷òî äî ýòîãî áûëè 2 íåóäà÷è - ÇÁ.
Èëè âñå òàêè ðàññëàáèòüñÿ è ïîäîæäàòü ñðîê 22 íåäåëè? |

Åñëè ðåçóëüòàòû 1-ãî ñêðèíèíãà â 12 íåäåëü íîðìà, òî ñëåäóþùåå ÓÇÈ ìîæíî ñäåëàòü â 20-22 íåäåëè èëè ðàíüøå ïî ïîêàçàíèÿì.

Ñêàæèòå, âîïðîñ îáùåãî õàðàêòåðà, âåäü ãîâîðÿò, ÷òî ÓÇÈ íå âðåäèò ìàëûøó, íî ñ äðóãîé ñòîðîíû ëèøíèé ðàç ëó÷øå íå äåàëòü. Ïî÷åìó?

 ÑØÀ ÓÇÈ ñòîèò 200-300 ó.å. è äåëàåòñÿ òàê êàê ÿ Âàì óæå ïèñàë - 2 ðàçà îáÿçàòåëüíî çà âñþ áåðåìåííîñòü. Îñòàëüíîå - ïî ïîêàçàíèÿì. Êàê ðàç â íàøèõ ñòðàíàõ ÓÇÈ äåëàþò íàìíîãî ÷àùå, èíîãäà äàæå "êàê ìî÷ó ñäàòü". Íó íåéìåòñÿ Âàì - ñäåëàéòå ÓÇÈ â 16 íåäåëü. Ýòî íå âðåäíî. Ìåíÿ óäèâëÿåò, ÷òî Âû ïðèñëóøèâàåòåñü ê ìíåíèþ "äåâóøåê íà ôîðóìå" íå îáðàùàÿ âíèìàíèå íà òî, ÷òî Âàì ïèøóò íîðìàëüíûå âðà÷è, à èíîãäà äàæå ïðîôåññîðà!!! |

Íåò, âû ìåíÿ íå ïîíÿëè, ÿ íè â êîåì ñëó÷àå íå ïðèñëóøèâàþñü ê ìíåíèþ äåâóøåê ôîðóìà. Ïðîñòî ñòàëî ëþáîïûòíî, ýòî äåéñòâèòåëüíî òàê? È îòíîøåíèå âðà÷åé ê ÓÇÈ? Òîëüêî è âñåãî.
P.S. âîîáùå ê âàì ÿ ïðèñëóøèâàþñü äàæå áîëüøå, ÷åì ê ñâîåìó âðà÷ó èç ÆÊ. |
