Ïîâòîðíûé àíàëèç íà êàðèîòèï

Ïîìîãèòå, ïîæàëóéñòà, ðàçîáðàòüñÿ. Ìíå 35 ëåò, â àïðåëå ñ.ã. çàìåðëà äîëãîæäàííàÿ áåðåìåííîñòü íà ñðîêå 8 íåäåëü. Ðåçóëüòàò öèòîãåíåòè÷åñêîãî èññëåäîâàíèå ïëîäà: 46,õõ. Ñäàëè ñ ìóæåì êðîâü íà êàðèîòèï è ÍLA. Ïîçâîíèë âðà÷, êîòîðûé ïðîâîäèë èññëåäîâàíèå: àíàëèçû âñå ãîòîâû, êðîìå ìîåãî íà êàðèîòèï. Âðà÷ íàñòàèâàåò íà ïåðåñäà÷å. Êîììåíòèðóåò ýòî òåì, ÷òî êëåòêè íå äåëÿòñÿ, è âîçìîæíî ïåðåä ñäà÷åé àíàëèçà ÿ ïðèíèìàëà àíòèáèîòèêè èëè ãîðìîíû (ìû ïëàíèðóåì áåðåìåííîñòü, ïîýòîìó íè àíòèáèîòèêè, íè ãîðìîíû â ïîñëåäíèå ïîëãîäà ÿ íå ïðèíèìàëà). Ïîÿñíèòå, ïîæàëóéñòà, êàê àíòèáèîòêè èëè ãîðìîíû ìîãóò âëèÿòü íà äåëåíèå êëåòîê ïðè èññëåäîâàíèè êðîâè íà êàðèîòèï (ïðè÷åì ñïåö.ïîäãîòîâêà ê àíàëèçó íå òðåáóåòñÿ, ò.å. ïðåäóïðåæäåíèå î âëèÿíèè êàêèõ-òî ñðåäñòâ íà ðåçóëüòàò àíàëèçà íèêòî íå äåëàë)? Åñëè êðîâü äëÿ àíàëèçîâ íà êàðèîòèï è HLA áåðóò èç îäíîé ïðîáèðêè, ìîæåò îäèí èç íèõ áûòü ãîòîâ, à äðóãîé íåò (ïðàâèëüíî ëè ÿ ïîíèìàþ, ÷òî è òàì è òàì ðåçóëüòàò îïðåäåëÿåòñÿ ïî äåëåíèþ êëåòîê)? Ìîæíî ëè îïðåäåëèòü êàðèîòèï äëÿ îäíîãî èç ñóïðóãîâ (åñëè âåçäå óêàçàíî, ÷òî àíàëèç ñäàåòñÿ îáîèìè ñóïðóãàìè)? Èëè ýòî ïðîñòî ðàçâîä íà äåíüãè? Ïîìîãèòå ðàçîáðàòüñÿ!!! |

Äåëî â òîì, ÷òî ïåðåä àíàëèçîì íà êàðèîòèï êóëüòóðó âàøèõ êëåòîê äîëæíû "ïîäðañòèòü". Èíîãäà áûâàåò, ÷òî êëåòêè íå ðàñòóò äàæå áåç âèäèìîé ïðè÷èíû. Ýòî âïîëíå âîçìîæíî. Åñëè äëÿ âàñ ýòîò àíàëèç âàæåí, òî îáÿçàòåëüíî ïåðåñäàéòå. Ó âàñ åñòü îñíîâàíèÿ íå äîâåðÿòü âàøåìó âðà÷ó?

Ìîæåò èç îäíîé ïðîáèðêè è íå ïîëó÷èòüñÿ: HLA-òèïèðîâàíèå - îïðåäåëåíèå áåëêîâ â êðîâè, à äëÿ êàðèîòèïèðîâàíèÿ êëåòêè íóæíî âûðàùèâàòü. Òî åñòü êðîâü åñòü, à êëåòêè ðàñòè íå õîòÿò, èëè âûðîñòèòü íå ïîëó÷èëîñü.

Ãîðìîíû è àíòèáèîòèêè ,äåéñòâèòåëüíî, ìîãóò ïîâëèÿòü íà ðîñò êëåòîê. Íî, êàê ÿ óæå ïèñàëà, êëåòêè ìîãóò íå âûðàñòè è áåç âèäèìîé ïðè÷èíû. Ýòî íîðìàëüíîå ÿâëåíèå. Ïîêà ó âàñ íåò îñíîâàíèé íå äîâåðÿòü âðà÷ó.

Åñòü 2 àáñòðàêòà, ê ñîæàëåíèþ ñòàðûõ. A familial bisatellited extra metacentric microchromosome in man. Howard-Peebles PN. A bisatellited, extra metacentric microchromosome was found in a normal male and his father. This extra marker participated in satellite association in over 50 percent of the cells; silver-staining revealed only one active NOR region. Other banding studies identified two other cytogenetic "markers" in the family-a 9qh+ and a 21s+. Risk for a carrier of such a microchromosome is probably low but cytogenetic amniocentesis is recommended to rule out aneuploidy in the fetus. Minor chromosomal variants and major chromosomal anomalies in couples with recurrent abortion. Blumberg BD, Shulkin JD, Rotter JI, Mohandas T, Kaback MM. One hundred three women with prior histories of recurrent spontaneous abortion and 81 of their mates were karyotyped with Q-banding during 1976-1980. These cases were reviewed in order to examine the possible contributions of minor polymorphic chromosomal variants and major chromosomal abnormalities to recurrent spontaneous pregnancy loss. Balanced translocations were detected in four women and two men in the study; mosaic X aneuploidy was noted in one woman. Quantitative (1 qh, 9qh, 16qh, Yqh) and qualitative (3c, 4c, 13p, 13s, 14p, 14s, 15p, 15s, 21p, 21s, 22p, 22s) heterochromatic polymorphisms were blindly assessed and compared with a control group. Cases and controls did not differ in the frequency of any qualitative polymorphisms or in the length of any quantitative polymorphism. Thus, while major parental cytogenetic aberrations are significantly associated with fetal wastage, these data suggest that minor polymorphic chromosomal variants do not play an important role in the etiology of recurrent spontaneous abortion. |

Àíåóïëîèäèè åñòü ðàçíûå è íåñîâìåñòèìûå ñ æèçíüþ â òîì ÷èñëå, â äàííîì ñëó÷àå ïðîèñõîäèò âûêèäûø íà ðàííèõ ñðîêàõ. Òî åñòü òàêèì îáðàçîì ïðèðîäà äåëàåò îòáîð. 2. ×òîáû èñêëþ÷èòü õðîìîñîìíîå çàáîëåâàíèå ó ïëîäà íåîáõîäèìî ïðîâåñòè êàðèîòèïèðîâàíèå êëåòîê õîðèîíà, ïëàöåíòû, êðîâè ïëîäà, òðîéíîé òåñò - ýòî ýòàï ïðåíàòàëüíîé äèàãíîñòèêè, ê ñîæàëåíèþ íå î÷åíü òî÷íûé. Åùå íåáõîäèìî ÓÇÈ ó ãåíåòèêîâ. 3. Ó Âàñ åñòü âñå øàíñû çà÷àòü, âûíîñèòü è ðîäèòü çäîðîâîãî ðåáåíêà, íåáõîäèìî ÷óòü áîëüøå àíàëèçîâ âî âðåìÿ áåðåìåííîñòè è îïòèìèçìà!! Óäà÷è Âàì. |
