We are writing to you to interest you in our International Master Study Program “Health and Society: International Gender Studies Berlin” which will start for the first time in October 2005 at the Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. The program will enable the students to become experts in health and gender related issues, and intends to promote women into leadership positions. For qualified candidats from EASTERN EUROPE we would like to offer scholarships. The Molson Medical Informatics Student Projects Site is a rapidly growing collection of multimedia projects in medical teaching. Developed by McGill medical students under the supervision of the McGill Medical Faculty, the projects are intended to supplement the current McGill medical curriculum as well as serve as a continuing source of information for medical professionals, medical educators and patients.

A group of Arizona physicians and a premedical undergraduate student have created a social networking Web site - "Tiromed, which connects medical students at varying levels with physicians and other health professional mentors in 60 countries.
The site currently has more than 2,300 members and adds hundreds of members monthly." To register as a member of Tiromed (a "Member") or use the Web site you must currently belong to one of the following six classifications: a.. Premedical student enrolled in an accredited university b.. Medical student enrolled in an accredited medical school (allopathic or osteopathic ONLY) c.. Medical intern or Resident participating in an accredited post-graduate program d.. Medical fellow participating in an accredited post-graduate program e.. Licensed physician f..
