Уважаемый коллега,
Цифра 120 мл появилась в свете недавных работ (фрагмент комментария к публикации):
P.E. Warner, H.O. Critchley, M.A. Lumsden, M. Campbell-Brown, A. Douglas and G.D. Murray, Menorrhagia II: is the 80 mL blood loss criterion useful in management of complaint of menorrhagia?, Am J Obstet Gynecol 190 (2004), pp. 1224–1229
Finally, because we share with the authors the doubt of the 80 mL criterion itself (which was nothing more than a statistical cut-off point determined 40 years ago, rather than a clinical threshold), we performed a study4 that aimed to reconsider the old definition of menorrhagia and demonstrated that the risk of developing anemia (hemoglobin less than 12 g/dL) from menstrual bleeding is substantially increased only from a level of 120 mL and upward in otherwise well-fed healthy women.
4 C.A.H. Janssen, P.C. Scholten and A.P.M. Heintz, Reconsidering menorrhagia in gynecological practice. is a 30-year-old definition still valid?, Eur J Obstet Gynecol Reprod Biol 78 (1998), pp. 69–72.
Быть может в руководствах, изданных после 2006-07, учтутся и эти данные?
