В мире принята следующая тактика:
"In this disorder, the labia minora have a central line of adherence from an area immediately inferior to the clitoris to the fourchette. Labial adhesions are commonly seen in patients younger than 6 yr of age, and the condition is often asymptomatic. The lesions usually are associated with local inflammation and the hypoestrogenic state of preadolescents. Pooling of urine in the vagina and recurrent vulvovaginitis provide a continuous nidus for recurrent urinary tract infections. These urinary symptoms occur in 20-40% of patients and should be treated.
Topical estrogen cream applied each evening for 1 wk is the treatment of choice and is effective in over 90% of reported cases. Cleansing followed by periodic application of a bland ointment such as petrolatum or zinc oxide should continue for 1-2 mo after the adhesions separate to prevent recurrence. Mechanical separation of the adhesions is advisable only if the adhesions appear to separate easily and if it does not cause significant trauma. Once the adhesions are separated, the patient should be re-examined for any predisposing cause, such as the presence of a vaginal septum."
