Похоже, что для мира и для РФ Гевискон имеет разные составы.
В мире это гидроксид аллюминия и магния карбонат [Ссылки могут видеть только зарегистрированные пользователи. ]
А в РФ [Ссылки могут видеть только зарегистрированные пользователи. ] сода с мелом.
Мощно.
Правда на drug.com указан производитель GlaxoSmithKline.
А на РЛС - Рекитт Бенкизер Хелскэр.

Про все радости соды как антацида вроде всем давно известно, но судя по всему сода под названием Гевискон активно продается в РФ с упором на гелеобразующий альгинат.
Я не совсем гастроэнтеролог, но как-то немного удивительно всё это.

да, ни в одном из формулировок нет магнезии - наверное обязательное условие, чтобы не получить судебные иски от ГСК, а вот что по поводу идентичного названия? :bn:

Alginate-based compounds have been available for several decades. In the United States, they are typically sold under the brand name Gaviscon in both tablet and liquid formulations, which are available without a prescription. These products cite their active ingredients as aluminum hydroxide and magnesium trisilicate or magnesium carbonate, respectively. Alginic acid is listed as an inactive ingredient. The brand name Gaviscon, however, is used to market alginate-based therapies in a number of other countries including Canada and throughout Europe. Formulations like ‘Gaviscon Acid Breakthrough’ in Canada lists alginic acid as an active ingredient, similar to ‘Gaviscon Advance’ in the United Kingdom. не знаю, насколько верно пулировать трайлы, где альгинат не всегда был в чистом виде и содержал антациды, и сравнивать с плацебо и/или антацидами, чтобы потом делать выводы:

в слепом сравнении альгинат против антацида показывает примерно одинаковый эффект, по крайней мере как например здесь:
