Спасибо, коллеги. Вот так всегда - смысл ясен, а "как это будет по-русски".. "анализируется на протяжении всей жизни" - это скорее к смыслу, чем "по-русски", ИМХО :) Речь идет о модели расчета фармакоэкономической эффективности лечения исходя из ожидаемой продолжительности жизни.

Лучше бы конечно [Ссылки могут видеть только зарегистрированные пользователи. ] :) Еще лучше конечно бы полный.

Бывает краткосрочный, когда важные результаты могут быть измерены в короткое время. Поэтому перевела бы "продолжительность (время существования) аналитического горизонта"

lack overlapping toxic effects - мне кажется, "совмещенных токсических эффектов" как-то не очень. Не звучит оборот "совмещенные токсические эффекты". То есть overlapping как "совмещение", "наложение", "перехлест", мне кажется, надо переводить как "отсутствие наложения (суммирования) токсических эффектов".

И расшифровки, что под этим понимается, пока не увидел (в самой статье).
