Чего-то я ничего не увидела... это из-за чего может быть?

Возможно у Вас не установлена программа-проигрыватель такого формата мультимедийных файлов, или требует апдейта. Обычно это Quick Time. Иногда сайт предлагает сначала загрузить проигрыватель (в самом низу страницы).

Меньше вероятности, что очень жёсткие настройки файрволла, который и не пропускает этот формат файла (предположение).

Насколько я знаю, у Вас высокоскоростное соединение с Интернетом и загружаться должно быстро. У меня малая скорость и мне приходится иногда подождать секунд 20, но терпения не всегда хватает.

Если у Вас появляется только зелёный прямоугольник вместо картинки, подвигайте ползунок справа по краю окна и картинка найдётся.

IRHMedEd is a new forum for people actively working in preservice medical and health education in international reproductive health (IRH). IRHMedEd aims to strengthen the growing community of experts in this field by facilitating a global dialogue and creating an environment for exchanging lessons learned, sharing resources and ideas, solving individual and common problems, and advancing the field of IRH Medical Education.

IRHMedEd is unique in its combined focus of international reproductive health and medical education. It allows easy communication via email messages on a broad range of topics including, but not limited to:
- Reproductive health curriculum reform (implementation strategies, educational materials and content samples, curriculum evaluation)
- Literature regarding IRH medical education

PATH is pleased to introduce "Resources for Emergency Contraceptive Pill Programming: A Toolkit"

The toolkit is designed to help program managers, policy makers, and donors make emergency contraceptive pills (ECPs) widely available to women in developing countries through reproductive health programs. Although ECPs are a safe and effective contraceptive method, in most countries of the world, women do not know about ECPs or have easy access to them. The toolkit provides guidance, technical information, and sample materials developed by PATH and other organizations. The toolkit contains ten modules:

§ Raising Public Awareness
§ Informing Clients
§ Assessment
§ Regulation
§ Procurement and Distribution of a Progestin-only ECP
§ Option of Providing Combined OCs for EC
§ Provider Training
