Ïðî÷èòàë âñå ïîñòû. Íå î÷åíü ïîíÿë, ïî÷åìó ïðîñòûå ðåêîìåíäàöèè ïðîâåñòè êðàíèîãðàôèþ è äèíàìè÷åñêîå âðà÷åáíîå íàáëþäåíèå âûçâàëè âîçðàæåíèÿ. Âñå óêàçàííûå ññûëêè â ìîåé áèáëèîòåêå åñòü, ÷èòàë .  äàííîì ñëó÷àå, ðå÷ü èäåò âåðîÿòíåå âñåãî îá îòêðûòîé òðàâìå ãîëîâû ïî ôàêòó íàëè÷èÿ ðàíû. Ñîãëàñèòåñü, ÷òî òðàâìèðóþùàÿ ñèëà, êîòîðàÿ îêàçàëàñü ñïîñîáíà íàíåñòè ïîâðåæäåíèå âñåõ ñëîåâ êîæè (à ìîæåò áûòü, è àïîíåâðîçà- ìû íå çíàåì) âïîëíå ñïîñîáíà íàíåñòè è ïîâðåæäåíèå êîñòíûõ ñòðóêòóð äåòñêîãî ÷åðåïà. À òàì è äî ýïèäóðàëüíîé ãåìàòîìû íåäàëåêî, è "ñâåòëûé ïðîìåæóòîê" â 1-2 íåäåëè- âàðèàíò âïîëíå âîçìîæíûé. Êðîìå òîãî, âîïðîñ î êà÷åñòâå ïåðâè÷íîãî íåâðîëîãè÷åñêîãî îñìîòðà âðà÷îì- òðàâìàòîëîãîì îòêðûò- ìû òàì íå áûëè. Ïîýòîìó- íàáëþäåíèå â äèíàìèêå âðà÷îì, à íå ìàìîé.

Íåâðîëîãè÷åñêèé îñìîòð âñå æå ëó÷øå îñòàâèòü íåâðîëîãó. Åùå ðàç. Î ðåáåíêå èçâåñòíî ëèøü òî, ÷òî íå áûëî ïîòåðè ñîçíàíèÿ, ðâîòû, è âèäåâøèå åãî âðà÷è íå íàøëè íè÷åãî íàñòîðàæèâàþùåãî. Êàêîé ñìûñë â äîïîëíèòåëüíûõ îáñëåäîâàíèÿõ? Íàáëþäåíèå íåâðîëîãà â çàâèñèìîñòè îò ñîñòîÿíèÿ - âñå, ÷òî òðåáóåòñÿ, è ãàéäëàéíû ñ ýòèì ñîãëàñíû. È îíè æå ãîâîðÿò, ÷òî ïðîñòàÿ ðåíòãåíîãðàììà íå äàñò ïðàêòè÷åñêè íè÷åãî, ÷òî ïîâëèÿåò íà äàëüíåéøóþ òàêòèêó

Ïðè âûÿâëåíèè ëèíåéíîãî ïåðåëîìà íà Ð-ãðàììå ðåáåíêà èç Âàøåãî ïðèìåðà â áîëüøèíñòâå áîëüíèö ñîâåðøåííî ñïîêîéíî âûïèñàëè áû äîìîé ÄÎ ïîÿâëåíèÿ êàðòèíû ýïèäóðàëüíîé ãåìàòîìû - áåç êëèíèêè è ñ ðåêîìåíäàöèÿìè ïèòü äèàêàðá ñ êàâèíòîíîì.  ýòîì ïðîáëåìà. Î áîëåå ëèáåðàëüíîé òàêòèêå â îòíîøåíèè íàçíà÷åíèÿ ÊÒ â ñâÿçè ñ íå÷åòêîé êàðòèíîé ó äåòåé ìëàäøåãî âîçðàñòà ãàéäëàéíû êàê ðàç ãîâîðÿò âïîëíå ñîçíàòåëüíî. Íî ðåøåíèå ïðèíèìàåòñÿ ïî êëèíèêå. Ïîòîìó è àêöåíò íà íàáëþäåíèè, à íå íà ïîãîëîâíîé ÊÒ èëè Ð-ãðàôèè.
