FDA Approves Ozone as Anti-microbial Agent for Food
FDA amended the food additive regulations to allow the safe use of ozone in gaseous and aqueous phases as an anti-microbial agent on food, including meat and poultry. The Electric Power Research Institute and Agriculture and Food Technology Alliance requested the change.

Прекрасно. А как с этим обстоит дело в России? Мне кажется это более перспективное поле деятельности для озоноведа, чем бессмысленные испытания действия озона на человеческий организм, практикуемые в некоторых медучреждениях.
